Fitness, fitness, fitness! All of us need it, some more than others (you know who you are). Besides, Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and then Christmas and New Years Eve. All are reasons to over-indulge and overeat. While we may not be able to restrain ourselves from another piece of pecan pie when it’s staring us right in the face, we can at least prepare before hand by losing a few pounds – starting today!
