Fees for these programs and activities are announced when registration opens. Although a participation package is not required to take advantage of these programs and activities, participation package participants will be given first priority in the event of enrollment limitations. Effective July 1, 2005, you must have a reservation to have group or tournament play on the fields. For field reservations, proof of liability insurance must be shown at time of reservation. Reeves Community Center Welcomes ALL Boys, Girls, Ages 12 Months and Older, and ALL

Dress and Conduct: Proper dress and conduct are required during all RCC activities. Absolutely NO profanity will be tolerated. RCC Staff may enact discipline policy (which includes: banishment from the premises temporarily or permanently) for improper conduct. In such instances, no refunds are given. Activity passes, day passes and other forms of identificaiton WILL be routinely asked for by our staff to assist us in monitoring the facility. We appreciate your full cooperation. No food or drink is permitted outside the vending machine area. All children under 10 must be supervised at all times by an adult 16 or older. Discipline Policy: (1) Verbal warning. (2) Incident placed on file, a conference with parent/guardian, if applicable, will be requested before being allowed to participate at RCC. (3) Meeting with parent/guardian, if applicable, conference with resource officer, and possible banishment from facility. Insurance: RCC does not carry health or accident insurance for program participants or for individuals using the center. Refund Policy: Our refund policy is as follows: 0 to 7 days: 90%, 8 to 14 days: 75%, 15 to 30 days: 50%, and 30 days and over: no refund. There will be a $25.00 Insufficient Fund Charge for all returned checks and bank drafts. |
