Tour the Center |
Reeves Community Center is located on the corner of Pine and Renfro Streets in Mount
Airy, North Carolina. It is a two level structure, with a variety of
recreational facilities including an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. Entrances
to the building are on the upper level on the Renfro Street side, and through
a lower level entrance from the parking lot on Pine Street. Parking
lots are accessed from both Renfro and Pine. |
On the lower level is a full regulation size basketball court. |
Also on the lower level is an indoor heated pool. |
Two racquetball courts are available. These are also on the lower level. |
The center also has the largest free weights room in Mt. Airy, and a newly renovated
large Nautilus room on the upper level, complete with treadmills and eliptical
machines. |
There are two large rooms with raised, padded floors, which are perfect places for
Tae Kwon Do. It's OK to hit the floor hard!! |
Aerobics, Pilates, Stability Ball Training, Ab Burner, and Circuit Training are conducted
in a large comfortable room with a mirrored wall for added training benefits
and improved performance. Specialty dance classes are also conducted
in this room. |
In the new Active Kids Center, kids can work out, play games, and improve their activity
and fitness levels simultaneously. |
